The Saudi Mind Sports Federation allows educational and official entities to apply for an official permit to organize an accredited tournament, granting the organizing entity full authority to manage and execute the tournament in accordance with the federation’s regulations and policies.
Once the tournament organization permit is approved, the organizing entity is granted access to a dedicated control panel to manage all tournament details, including participant management, match tracking, and direct coordination with the federation, ensuring the event is executed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
